  • How are my orders shipped? Which company do you use? Are they safe?
    We ship our orders via Australian Post, tracking number is also available. Tracking number will be sent to the email used to complete the payment after your oder is shipped.
  • Do you ship overseas?
    Unfortunately, we do not provide the service at the moment.
  • How long does the delivery take?
    - Instock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days - Out-of-stock items will be shipped within 1-7 business days - Customised items will be shipped within 20 business days You should expect the delivery within 1-3 business day after the shipment from us *Mutelu Jubilee cannot guarantee the delivery timeframe due to a range of factors that can impact the timeframe. We do not provide compensations for any delay in delivery.
  • Are Mutelu Jubilee gemstones real stones? What guarantees that they are real stones?
    Mutelu Jubilee imports 100% natural real gemstones from the best sources in the world. They are premium grade gemstones and they are all 100% natural.
  • What gemstone sizes are offered by Mutelu Jubilee?
    We are currently offering gemstones in 2 different sizes, 6mm and 8mm (diagonally)
  • How are my orders shipped? Which company do you use? Are they safe?
    We ship our orders via Australian Post, tracking number is also available. Tracking number will be sent to the email used to complete the payment after your oder is shipped.
  • What if my stone bracelet wire tears apart, do I need to pay for the rewire of my purchase?
    Mutelu Jubilee offers a life-time warranty on the wiring of your jewelry. In case of tear or loose wiring, we offer a free replacement service of the wiring.
  • My gemstone is scratched or abraded. What do I do?
    If the scratch is caused by us, please contact us within 7 days after the purchase. If we rectify that the damage is caused by us, we will replace the gemstone for you. If the scratch is caused by abrasion from sharp or metallic object, we can offer a purchase of new gemstones with a ‘repair part’ price.
  • Do you offer shipment for repair service?
    You can send in your gemstone for service by post service. Please contact our Mutelu Jubilee staff vie our communication channels before posting your gemstone.
  • Is there a fee if I want to send in my gemstone to replace or add charm/s to my bracelet?
    There is no fee to add more charms to your gemstone bracelet. Normal postage fee applies.
  • What aftersales services do you offer?
    We offer lifetime warranty with our gemstone bracelet. Adding more charms to your bracelet is also complimentary as well.
  • How to measure your wrist?
    Use a measuring tape to measure the circumference of your wrist. If you do not have a measuring tape, use a strip of paper to wrap around your wrist, mark where the ends of the strip meet. Please use the exact measurement of your wrist. Do not add any additional length.
  • What kinds of payment are accepted?
    We accept bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard , AMEX and Discover card. We also accept PayPal. (Afterpay and Klarna will accept soon)
  • How to maintain your bracelet?
    Wet a soft cloth with warm water and wipe. Do not use any chemical or soap to clean the product Use lint-free cloth to polish the gemstone gently Please refrain from letting the gemstone to come in contact with lotion, perfume or cosmetics Do not drop or hit the product on hard object or surface Please keep the product away from strong direct sunlight or extreme heat Please store in a bag or container when not wearing
  • What if I receive faulty, broken or product that I did not order?
    Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order via our communication channels. We are more than happy to assist you to solve the problem without additional cost.
  • What if I do not receive my order?
    Please contact us via our communication channels. We will initiate the communication with the service provider.
  • What if I am not happy with the product, is it possible to ask for an exchange or a refund?
    We are more than happy to exchange or refund your order within 7 days. The item must be in the pristine condition. If you would like to adjust the size and design of your gemstone bracelet beyond the first 7 days period after receiving your order, you can purchase more gemstones from our ‘Repair part’ on our website. Any additional costs resulted by the alteration of type of gemstone/s or additional charm/s will be responsible by the buyer. The length of each gemstone bracelet must not exceed 20cm. Any additional length will be charged at our ‘Repair part’ rate. If the length is shorter than 13cm, customer will be given a $10 voucher usable with the next purchase. - If your order was delivered by a postal service and you would like to return your order, please contact us within 7 days and we will provide you with the return address. Return postage fee is buyer’s responsibility. The return post must be trackable and you need to inform the tracking number to our team so that we can track your return shipping. * Customised order is non-refundable and is cannot be exchanged with other product unless the order was damaged when received * Discounted goods are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged If you have any problem, kindly contact our team via our contact channels
